I returned the damaged golf bag via UPS over two weeks ago and have still not received a replacement. I personally had to pay the shipping of over $31.00 as no return label was offered by the seller. My credit card has been billed for $85.99 and still no product. The shipping box was very flimsy (made in China). I have received absolutely no communication to date (9-28) from the seller. I feel it is Amazon's responsibility to get this straightened out. Until it has been rectified, I will not be shopping at Amazon again. If the replacement is not received by September 29th, I will also contact my credit card company.
